Another way someone could save up to purchase a BMW 3 Series is by cutting out frivolous spending. For example, some people make it a habit to go shopping every time they get their paycheck. They go to the local mall and splurge on clothes and shoes they don’t really need and many times they rarely even wear. If they aren’t paying attention, they could easily spend $250 a month on unnecessary shopping excursions. That’s nearly $3,000 a month.
Lastly, another way to help save up for a BMW 3 Series is to get a part-time job. This option isn’t feasible for everyone. However, it can be really helpful to those who are able. Even if the person only works on weekends for an entire year, they could really rack up. If they work 5 hours a day, 3 days a week at $8 an hour, they would be able to save at least $5,000.
It’s important to note that these examples wouldn’t be nearly enough to purchase the vehicle outright. However, the money would provide a good foundation that could definitely be built upon as time passes. After about 2 or 3 years of diligent saving, there’s no reason that the average person couldn’t afford this type of vehicle.
